Sapura Energy Berhad today announced the appointment of Mr Lim San Peen as the Interim Liquidator for Sapura Project Services Sdn. Bhd. (SPSSB). SPSSB is a subsidiary of Sapura Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sapura Energy. SPSSB is not a major subsidiary of Sapura Energy as defined under Chapter 1 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
